An eligible invoice is paid
Your authorized QuickBooks Online connection identifies a paid invoice that meets the agreed timing, consent, and contact requirements.

BUILT FOR SMALL BUSINESS. DESIGNED TO SAVE TIME.
Automatically send Google review requests when customers pay through QuickBooks. Save time, follow up consistently, and make it easier for happy customers to share their experience.
Permission-based connections. Genuine customer reviews.
A simple workflow. Familiar tools.
01 / How it works
You take care of your customers. We connect the steps between a paid invoice and an invitation to share their experience.
Your authorized QuickBooks Online connection identifies a paid invoice that meets the agreed timing, consent, and contact requirements.
Your workflow checks eligibility and opt-outs, then triggers a friendly review request. Either SMS or email, if enabled; if SMS, Twilio delivers the message.
The customer receives a direct link to your Google review page. Leaving a review is optional, and all honest feedback is welcome.
02 / QuickBooks integration
QuickBooks tells the workflow when an eligible invoice is paid. It is the trigger for a review request—not a tool for changing your books.
For QuickBooks Online. Workflow Automations is an independent service, not an Intuit or Google product or endorsement.
Customer name and contact details, invoice ID, payment status and dates, and the connected business’s identifier. The service does not create or edit invoices, move money, or require bank or card details. Intuit’s accounting permission may cover more information than this workflow uses.
During onboarding, an authorized client follows an Intuit-hosted sign-in and consent flow, selects their company, and approves access. Authorization can be revoked. You never give us your QuickBooks password.
Disconnect in QuickBooks Online under Apps → My apps → the connected app → Disconnect (menu names may vary), use the disconnect page, or email us for help. Revoking access stops new QuickBooks data retrieval; contact us to stop any already queued messages and request data deletion.
03 / Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Google Review Automation Service (“Service”) provided by Paul Raymond Francis (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you purchase the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to agree to these Terms for that business.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Service.
The Service helps businesses automate customer follow-ups and review requests. Depending on your configuration, the Service may connect to business software, monitor specified business events such as paid invoices, and initiate messages inviting customers to leave honest reviews.
The Service may include initial setup, integration configuration, workflow implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reasonable adjustments to keep the configured automation operating.
The exact features available depend on the agreed setup, the integrations you authorize, and the capabilities of third-party platforms.
The Service does not create reviews, write reviews on customers’ behalf, or guarantee that customers will leave reviews.
The standard pricing for the Service is:
One-time installation fee: $500 USD. This covers the initial setup and configuration of the agreed automation for your business.
Recurring maintenance fee: $150 USD per month. This covers ongoing maintenance and support for the configured automation, subject to these Terms and the scope of the Service.
The installation fee and monthly maintenance fee are separate charges. Unless your checkout page or a written agreement states otherwise, the installation fee is charged when you purchase the setup service, and the first monthly maintenance fee is charged when your subscription begins.
By completing checkout, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the disclosed installation fee and recurring subscription fees.
The monthly subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. You will continue to be charged $150 USD per month while your subscription remains active, unless we notify you of a change and obtain any consent required by law.
Any applicable taxes or separately disclosed charges will be presented at checkout where required.
After payment of the installation fee, we will work with you to configure the agreed automation. You agree to provide the information, account access, authorizations, review links, and other materials reasonably necessary to complete setup.
Installation timing depends on your responsiveness, the availability of third-party services, and the complexity of the agreed configuration. We will communicate any material delays we become aware of.
The installation fee covers the initial agreed setup. Additional integrations, substantial changes, new workflows, or work outside the original scope may require a separate quote and your approval before additional fees are charged.
Payment of the installation fee does not guarantee a specific completion date, business outcome, review count, rating, or ranking.
The $150 monthly fee covers ongoing maintenance of the configured automation. Depending on your setup, this may include:
The monthly fee does not automatically include new integrations, major redesigns, custom development, unrelated technical support, third-party subscription fees, or substantial changes to your business processes. We will discuss and obtain your approval before charging for additional work.
Maintenance does not guarantee uninterrupted service or immediate resolution of every issue, especially when an issue depends on a third-party provider.
Your $150 monthly maintenance subscription will renew automatically each month until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation method provided at checkout or through the subscription-management link, if available. You may also contact us at workflowautomations039@gmail.com to request cancellation.
Cancellation stops future recurring subscription charges in accordance with the applicable billing process. Unless otherwise stated in your order or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund payments already made, and the subscription remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
You remain responsible for fees incurred before cancellation. Canceling monthly maintenance may result in the suspension of ongoing monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, or other subscription-dependent services.
The $500 installation fee is a separate charge and is not a monthly subscription fee. Cancellation of the monthly subscription does not reverse the installation fee for setup work already performed, except where a refund is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
If you have a billing question or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly at the email address above.
Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable once the applicable service has been performed or the relevant subscription period has begun.
The installation fee covers setup work and may be non-refundable once work has begun or been completed, to the extent permitted by law. If we determine that we cannot provide the agreed installation service, we will discuss an appropriate resolution with you.
Monthly subscription fees cover the applicable billing period. Canceling during a billing period does not automatically entitle you to a prorated refund.
Nothing in this section limits any refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
You agree to:
You are responsible for the accuracy of your customer records, review links, message content, and business rules.
The Service is intended to invite customers to leave honest and voluntary reviews.
You may not use the Service to:

You authorize us to access and process information reasonably necessary to provide the features you have requested and authorized.
You are responsible for maintaining any third-party account, subscription, or permission required for your business to use the Service, unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

You retain your rights to the business and customer information you provide, subject to the limited rights needed for us and our service providers to operate, maintain, secure, and support the Service and comply with law.
You represent that you are authorized to provide the information and permit its processing for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must not provide information that you are not authorized to share. Our handling, retention, and deletion of information are further described in the Privacy Policy.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the configured automation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.
Automations may be affected by third-party outages, expired credentials, changed permissions, inaccurate data, API changes, messaging restrictions, internet connectivity, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee that every invoice, customer record, message, or review request will be processed successfully or at a particular time. You remain responsible for overseeing your business operations and reporting issues that require our attention.
The Service is not a substitute for any legally required customer notice or communication that must be delivered by a specific deadline.
We may suspend or terminate the Service if you fail to pay fees when due, materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to maintain required authorizations, or use the Service in a way that creates a material legal or security risk.
Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription as described in Section 6.
After termination, we may disconnect integrations and disable the automation. Data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any separate written agreement.
The Company retains ownership of its pre-existing software, reusable workflows, methods, documentation, designs, and other materials used to provide the Service, except for third-party materials and customer-owned information.
You receive permission to use the configured Service for your own business during the period covered by your applicable subscription or written agreement. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except as authorized in writing or permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent legally permitted.
We do not guarantee a particular number of reviews, improved ratings, higher search rankings, increased revenue, or any other business result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from or relating to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to the Company for the Service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paul Raymond Francis and any applicable employees or agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your customer data or message content, or your failure to obtain legally required permissions or consents.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which you cannot legally be required to indemnify the Company.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain your consent.
Changes to pricing for an existing subscription will be communicated in advance, and any consent required by law will be obtained before the new price is charged.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally before initiating legal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the applicable order details and Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Service unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
You may not assign these Terms without the Company’s written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
